Silver nanowires are pale gray and can be stored in different solvents (such as water, ethanol, isopropanol, etc.) as suspension.
They range in diameter from 20 nanometers to hundreds of nanometers, and they are controllable.
Depending on the preparation conditions, the length can reach tens of microns.
Application
Silver nanowire is the most likely material to replace the traditional ITO transparent electrode, which provides the possibility to realize flexible, bendable LED display, touch screen, etc., and has been applied to thin-film solar cells in a large number of studies.
In addition, due to the large aspect ratio effect, silver nanowires have outstanding advantages in the applications of conductive and thermal conductive adhesives.
