CNTs Conductive
Additive is made specially for improving lithium ion battery
cycle performance.
CNTs is one of excellent
electric conductive nanofibers, it can form conductive network
easily in Li-ion battery electrodes, that can also prevent the
electrode material from destroying caused by expanding and
shrinking of electrode materials during charging and
discharging. Thus, the capacity of battery does not decline.
The pure CNTs can’t be
dispersed easily, because the CNTs are entangled with each other
heavily.
CNTs Conductive Additive
is a composite. It is composed of CNTs and a kind of grain
electric conductive additives. Adding grain conductive additive
to CNTs, the entangled CNTs is separated. As the result, CNTs
can be dispersed easily in battery electrode materials. In
addition, because of synergetic effect between CNTs and grain
materials, the discharge capacity and cycle life of Li-ion
battery can be improved remarkably. Further more, after adding
CNTs conductive additive, the tap density of battery electrode
coatings can increase 10%.

Usage |
The production can be
used on anode and cathode of Li-ion battery, with the
system of both oil and water. When using, dispersing the
additive first, and then adding materials else. The
appropriate quantity of additive is 2~3wt.% on anode and
1~2wt.% on cathode. |
