BaPbO₃ Conductive Powder

      BaPbO₃ is one of new multifunctional electric conductive materials. It has many advantages, such as excellent conductivity、chemical stability、heat-resistant and anti-corrosive properties etc. Furthermore, it has PTC characteristic at 700℃. So BaPbO₃ can be used in ceramic electrodes、electric conductive additive 、sinter capacitor and so on. When BaPbO₃ was used in lead-acid battery, the first coulomb efficiency、effectivity of active materials and cycle life can increase very much.

      Usually BaPbO₃ is made by solid-state reaction method at high temperature (above 900℃).Pb element volatilizes severely during the process. So the ratio of Pb/Ba can not be controlled exactly. As the result, BaPbO₃ powder has poor electric conductivity. We have studied BaPbO₃ preparation for a long time and invented a chemical liquid-state reaction method. Our BaPbO₃ product has small and even grains and excellent electric conductivity. Now, We can provide BaPbO₃ powder by mass. The parameters of our BaPbO₃ product are as follows.
