We are one member of the National Nano-sciences
& Nano-technology Center of China. Supported by the President
Foundation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences , the Knowledge
Innovation Program of Chinese Academy of Sciences(KJCX1-06-04)
, the National High Technology Research and Development Program
of China (No. 2002AA302615, 863 Program), we have done a lot of
research and development work in the carbon nanotubes
synthesis and application since 1996, and developed a scalable
CVD method to produce high purity
single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) and multi-walled carbon
nanotubes (MWNTs) with various diameters and narrow diameter
distribution.
The
technology for producing 5kg 20-40nmMWNTs per day was evaluated as
an advanced technology in the world by CAS scientists.
We can
produce 1.5kg SWCNTs per day and 20kg MWNTs with10-20nm in
diameter per day. The production facilities can be enlarged
easily. And MWNTs with purity more than 98wt% max.
In
2006, we got supports from National Basic Research Program of
China (Grand No. 2006CB932703) and the Key Item of Knowledge
Innovation Project of Chinese Academy of Sciences (Crand No.
KJCX2-YW-M01) for carbon nanotubes synthesis and application
research.
We hope
